I’m running for the Paradise Recreation and Park District Board of Directors because I believe the future of the Ridge depends on thoughtful planning, steady leadership, and responsible decision-making.
Recreation and Parks have been a major part of my life and career. I’ve seen firsthand how quality programs, parks, and facilities bring people together, support families, strengthen communities, and improve quality of life. I’ve also seen how important strong governance, long-term planning, and financial responsibility are to keeping those services sustainable.
My connection to recreation in the Paradise area goes back many years. I have worked with PRPD in aquatics, coached the Paradise Piranhas and Paradise High School Swim Teams, officiated for the local soccer associations, and remain involved in local civic and community organizations.
As our community continues to grow and rebuild, PRPD will face important decisions about facilities, programs, funding, partnerships, and future needs. I want to bring my experience in public recreation, budgeting, capital projects, strategic planning, and board governance to those conversations while always keeping the entire District and the people it serves at the center of the decision-making process.
My campaign is centered on three priorities:
Consistency — dependable leadership, clear direction, and quality services our community can count on.
Sustainability — responsible financial planning and investments that can serve the Ridge for years to come.
Accountability — transparent decisions, responsible use of public resources, and leadership that listens to the community.
I’m excited about the opportunity to serve and help Plan for the Future of the Ridge
